Cowichan Lake Real Estate Agent Reviews
Where to Find Real Ones and What to Read PastCowichan Lake real estate agent reviews are worth reading, as long as you know what you are looking at. This is a small market, most agents have only a handful of lake clients, and a review page with 200 perfect entries usually tells you more about the agent’s marketing than their work.

The reviews on this page come from Google, where the person leaving them has a public profile and the agent cannot delete what they do not like. That is the version worth trusting. Reviews collected and published only on an agent’s own site are not necessarily false, but nobody outside that office ever sees the ones that were left out.
Read past the star rating. A useful review says what the situation was and what the agent actually did: the property had a septic problem and here is how it was handled, the first buyer walked and here is what happened next, they told us not to list in November. A review that says great communication and highly recommend tells you almost nothing.
Then ask for references directly. Any agent who has sold on this lake can give you two past clients to phone, and how quickly they produce them is informative by itself. Ask those clients one question in particular: what went wrong during the sale, and how did the agent handle it. Every transaction has something. The answer is the review that matters.
