2. Don’t neglect curb appeal – First impressions matter, especially when selling your home. Be sure to mow the lawn, trim the hedges, and power wash the exterior of your home before listing it for sale.

3. Don’t be inflexible with showings – If you’re not flexible with showings, you could miss out on potential buyers. Try to accommodate as many requests as possible so that interested buyers can see your home at their convenience.
