Woss Real Estate Market Overview
Woss is a forestry community in the Nimpkish valley, sitting just off Highway 19 between Sayward and Port McNeill. It was built for the logging operation and it remains what it was, a small collection of houses with mountains on every side.
There is no commercial centre to speak of. Port McNeill is the drive for groceries and services, and the highway that runs past is the reason the place is reachable at all. What Woss has is the valley itself, the Nimpkish river, and a price point that stops people in their tracks.
This is a supply market, not a price market. In most years only a few properties change hands. If you want to be here, the question is whether something comes up, and the answer to that is not on a graph.

It remains the reason the community exists, though it employs fewer people than it did. A number of residents now work elsewhere or are retired.
With this few comparable sales, general figures cannot get near it. What settles it is the last properties to change hands in the community, the condition of yours and the size of the lot.
