South East Sidney Real Estate Market
South of Beacon, quieter, and still close to everything.South East Sidney real estate market values run close to the north side of town while the streets themselves are noticeably quieter, which suits a particular buyer very well.
South East Sidney Real Estate Market Overview
This quadrant takes in the residential streets south of Beacon Avenue and east towards the shore. It is more consistently single family than the north side, with fewer strata buildings and more established gardens.
The waterfront here looks out across to James Island and the mainland beyond. Beacon Avenue is a short walk north, which gives the area the same access without the activity of the town centre itself.
The same walk, a quieter street. For buyers comparing the two sides of Beacon, that is generally the trade. Similar convenience, less coming and going, slightly more house for the money.
