Tofino: This breathtakingly beautiful town is located on the west coast of the island and is a perfect spot for nature lovers. There are plenty of opportunities to go surfing, fishing, kayaking, and hiking. Don’t forget to check out the amazing rainforest too! 2. Victoria: The capital city of British Columbia, Victoria is located on the southern tip of Vancouver Island. It’s a great place to enjoy some urban amenities while still being surrounded by natural beauty. Be sure to visit Beacon Hill Park, the Royal BC Museum, and Butchart Gardens. 3. Nanaimo: A bustling harbour city located in the central part of Vancouver Island, Nanaimo is a great place to go for a waterfront stroll, do some shopping, or enjoy some delicious seafood. Don’t miss out on trying a world-famous Nanaimo bar! 4. Cowichan Valley: This beautiful valley is located on the eastern side of Vancouver Island and is known for its lovely vineyards and farms. It’s a great place to enjoy some fresh local food and wine.
