At the South Entrance to Sabine Channel there is a Unique Archipelago of Islands that include only 3 Private Islands and the remaining 8 are Provincial parks. Whales, Dolphins, Sea Lions, Seals, River Otters and Mink make this place there Home. Its Rocky Shoreline has kept it from Development Since the last Ice Age. Flora is a Natural Rock Garden of Rare and Endangered Plants and Trees. There is low bank access on the East side and a Protected Dock location on the West side. Build a "General Permission Dock without a Permit. Solar and Wind exposer is Excellent. If you are a good hiker you can easily climb to the Building Site Or build a Staircase and or Small Tram. Once on top there is a Beautiful Private Forest and a Sunny Building site with a View all the Way to Mount Baker in Washington State on a clear day.
